The staff were super friendly and the paid cabanas by the beach were a nice touch with top-notch service. The food was delicious all around with fantastic nightly shows adding to the vibe. The only tiny downside was that some dishes tended to be a bit plain for my liking, but hey, taste is individual, right? Overall, a fabulous stay I'd totally do again! 🌟

The Mexican restaurant was exceptional, staff like Miriam were fantastic, and the beach and pool were pristine. Limited vegetarian options and average room amenities, but the accommodating staff and fun activities made up for it. The beach was a highlight for me.

my recent stay at Alltra was incredible. the staff, especially OSCAR, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. from the upgraded room to the superb dining options, every detail was perfect. the beach's turquoise waters were truly breathtaking, and the all-inclusive package was worth every penny. the resort's activities and nightly entertainment added a special touch to our experience. overall, a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Room next to pool and OCEAN VIEW was a dream. Liliana at Ventanas made breakfast special. Would definitely go back! The pool area is better in person than in photos.

The Italian restaurant had the best short ribs and bruschetta. Beach access was excellent. Friendly staff and free parking were a plus, but the food was consistently horrible throughout the property. Room amenities were lacking, and the old-fashioned decor gave a dated vibe. Resort is fine for a basic stay, but don't expect luxury.

The staff went above and beyond, making my birthday special with a decorated room and complimentary cake. The beach, clean and beautiful, was perfect for releasing baby sea turtles. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Food options were varied and delicious. An unforgettable experience.

Our stay at the all-inclusive in Cancun was a blast for the kids and the adults. The children and teen clubs provided endless entertainment, while the mini-golf and multiple dining options kept everyone happy. On-site boutiques added the extra touch, and the two swimming pools ensured joyful splashing all day. Daily and nightly entertainment made sure there was never a dull moment.

My wife says that the beach access for strollers could be more convenient.

The only thing I would ask for to make the vacation even better for senior people is perhaps more assistance from the children of the staff in the general areas.

A fun-filled retreat with lots to do! From water activities to delicious food options, this place has it all. The rooms are comfy, and the beach views are spectacular. I particularly enjoyed the on-site spa and the beach bar. The atmosphere is relaxed, making it perfect for unwinding. Remember to check out the variety of cuisines and the beach cabanas for a truly chill experience. Don't forget sunscreen—I may have gotten a slight tan during my stay!

The blend servers at the beach and some at restaurants were friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is very nice, clean, and the staff are super friendly and accommodating. I particularly enjoyed the Mexican restaurant and the variety of food and drinks available. The beach access was fantastic, offering clear blue waters and white sand. The entertainment and beachfront location made for a great family bonding experience. The pool and water slides were a hit with the kids. In terms of relaxation, the spa and wellness center, sauna, and outdoor swimming pools were a welcome retreat. The sun terrace and sun loungers provided a peaceful spot to unwind. The nearby landmarks, such as Chac Mool Beach and Interactive Aquarium, added to the overall experience and made for memorable outings with the family.

The staff were amazing, always helpful and friendly, which made our stay even better! The room was so comfy, especially the bed, and we had endless hot water. The food was top-notch, with great gluten-free options everywhere. The beach was stunning, and our pool time was fantastic. The night entertainment ended pretty early, so we wished for more late-night fun 🌴.

Alltra's location is excellent. the bus stop across the street provides quick access to nearby clubs. the separate kids' pool is a plus. the beach is beautiful.

Enjoyed the water park with slides, delicious food in 7 restaurants, and free Wi-Fi at the resort. Great amenities and personalized service, perfect for a family vacation. Very safe with carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, and a first aid kit.

Oh, there's absolutely nothing I didn't like about this place. It was all just rainbows and unicorns.

We, as youngsters, absolutely loved the abundance of kids facilities, easy access to transportation, and enjoyable activities provided by the hotel. The staff were friendly and responsive, and the room was always clean with a beautiful view. The Ventana restaurant had a great variety of food, perfect for our adventurous tastes. The entertainment team by the pool organized fun games, and the night shows were impressive. The hotel even went above and beyond by accommodating our late check-out with access to all facilities and drinks. our stay was fabulous and perfect for our family!

The Italian and Mexican restaurants in particular were outstanding, thanks to the helpful advice and assistance from Chef Luis and the lovely company of Ivette, Mariana, and Milka. The check-in process was smooth and Mr Angel Puc went above and beyond to ensure we had the room we initially requested. The hotel also went the extra mile to make my daughter's birthday special with decorations and the staff made her feel incredibly special. The staff, from housekeeping to bar waiters, were attentive and made us feel well taken care of. The beach and pool areas were well-maintained, with observant lifeguards and a variety of seating options. The entertainment team did a fantastic job of keeping us entertained, from morning yoga classes to evening shows. The food and restaurants were highly recommended, from the buffet to the themed restaurants. our experience at the resort was mind-blowing and we would highly recommend it to others.

the variety of restaurants and open bar were fantastic. We highly recommend trying their pina coladas and having dinner at Gavito. the Xperiencias travel agents at the hotel lobby were reliable and offered great programs. We had an incredible experience visiting Chichen Itza and Xcaret Park with them. the staff at the hotel were nice and the location was great.

The spa services were exceptional, and our kids had a great time at the beach. The VIP lounge access with complimentary drinks and billiards added a nice touch to our stay. The room with a walkout to the beach and cabana was a favorite feature for our family.

Beach area is well maintained, with clear water and a good number of sunbeds. The Mexican restaurant is delicious and the staff are friendly and accommodating. The nightly shows are entertaining and the hammocks in the rooms are a nice touch. The breakfast selection is vast and delicious with options for all tastes. The location is great for exploring the local area.

The location of the hotel on a beautiful beach is impressive. The diversity of restaurant options also impressed us, and we enjoyed the breakfast. The view from the room was great, and we were happy with the hotel staff's service. Even in mandatory areas like elevators, the hotel maintained a high standard of cleanliness.

The lack of self-service water coolers at the pool, which made it inconvenient to stay hydrated without standing in line at the bar.

The hotel had excellent room service and the staff were really nice and very accommodating of every request. Special shoutout to Kathia who works the breakfast at Azul, Liliana, and Sugey who worked at Ventanas; they were exceptional and went out of their way to assist. the food, both at the buffet restaurants and the Italian restaurant, was outstandingly tasty every day. the beach access was perfect for all ages, and it was amazing to see turtles coming to lay their eggs.

One thing that could be improved is the scheduling at the restaurant; sometimes it seemed that larger groups were given preference over couples.

We had an amazing experience at Alltra. the staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel like royalty. the facilities were nice and we had a beautiful view of the ocean from our ocean front suite room. the highlight was when we brought back fish from our fishing trip and the chef grilled it for us, it was absolutely delicious! the resort also had a water park which was a rare amenity in the hotel zone and our kids had a great time in the pools and water features. the resort itself was gorgeous, giving off a Mediterranean village vibe. we enjoyed ourselves and the service was prompt and efficient.

I recently stayed at Wyndham Alltra, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The pool and beach were never overcrowded, and I enjoyed peaceful walks and collecting seashells. While the food was not exceptional, the service was outstanding. The coffee shop and room service were top-notch, and I especially loved the beer and drinks. The poolside drink service was excellent, and the staff deserved the generous tips we left. the friendly and professional staff, amazing meals, and beautiful beach made my stay unforgettable. I would definitely book again.

When arriving, staff pounce like piranhas with timeshare pitches, but the resort's charm outshines any pushiness.

The friendly and attentive staff made our stay enjoyable. The abundance of fresh food and variety of entertainment options kept us entertained. However, the noise from the plastic mattress covers was disruptive, and the overcrowding at the pool limited our relaxation time. The pricey lobster tail also left a sour taste.

Everything was fantastic.

The hotel had daily and nightly entertainment that kept us hyped up all the time. We enjoyed the two swimming pools, especially for chilling under the sun. Also, the five different dining options were mad lit - we loved having different food to try every day. And yo, the kayaking and snorkeling were epic, we felt like pros out on the water!

The only thing that would've made it even doper for young party-goers like us would've been a dedicated nightclub on-site. We were craving for a place to turn up with our crew after the daily entertainment ended.

I was thrilled with the beachfront location and the beautiful waves at Wyndham Alltra. The variety of food and beverage options onsite were excellent. I also appreciated the clean and well-maintained facilities. A short walk allowed me to immerse myself in the local shopping and culture. I had a fantastic vacation experience.

However, the persistent time-share salespeople in the lobby made our initial days uncomfortable. Overall, the attentive and caring staff truly made our experience unforgettable.

The Italian restaurant has amazing food, and the coffee in the coffee bar was a great start to my mornings. The pools were lovely and the overall ambiance was relaxing. We recently stayed at the Wyndham Alltra for our honeymoon and had a fantastic time. The all-inclusive package was great, especially with access to the 6th floor lounge. The variety of drinks available with the black bracelet category was superb. The staff was incredibly helpful and the massage at the hotel spa was amazing. The Italian restaurant had delicious food, and we found that going for an early dinner helped us avoid any waiting. The Mexican restaurant was also really nice and the breakfast was tasty. we had a wonderful experience and can't wait to return.

Additionally, there were spring breakers who were disruptive during meals and at the pool. Finally, the staff did not treat my 15, year, old son nicely, which was disappointing.

I had an incredible stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel on a beautiful beach. Located in a private area on the main boulevard in Zona Hotelera, this place offered a stunning view of the sea and beach. The staff, especially at the entrance and the receptionist, were very polite and gave excellent service. The service, room service, car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and shops/commercial services provided by this hotel were top-notch. The amenities in the room, such as air conditioning, mini-bar, balcony, in-room safe, and television. The dining options were fantastic, with a restaurant, poolside snack bar, and bar/lounge area available. The buffet breakfast was delicious, and the poolside snack bar offered a great variety of snacks. The hotel's leisure facilities, including the spa & wellness center, sauna, swimming pool, jacuzzi, and beach access. The entertainment options, such as the bbq facilities, aqua park, and sun terrace, ensured there was always something fun to do. The free Wi-Fi in public areas and the on-site car park were convenient additions.

The staff needs to be both managed and paid better so that a better service can be provided. Although the waiters at the restaurants were friendly and polite, there were instances where the service could have been improved.

the hotel was super clean and the location was perfect! the staff were always happy to help and gave us great local tips. the best service was the all inclusive with waiters ready to serve us margaritas by the pool - on the beach, and even in the lobby!

This fantastic resort offers an excellent location, right in front of the beach. Guests can enjoy the breathtaking oceanfront view while dining in the Casa de Rosa Mexican restaurant. The staff are extremely friendly and attentive, providing top-notch service. The room is comfortable and offers great value for the price. Additionally, the inclusion of room service and WiFi is a definite plus.

The laundry service at this resort is quite pricey, which can put a damper on guests' overall experience.
